Swimmingpool

The swimmingpool creates the possibility to relax and enjoy the warmth sun of the Algarves.The size of the pool is 11 X 4,5 meter. The most shallowpart is about 0,8 meter and the most deep-part is about 2 meter. The transition between shallow and deep is gradual. With the movable roofcover over the swimmingpool it is also possible to swim in an pleasant watertemperature in the evening and even at night! The salt-desinfection system will continously keep the swimming pool clean.

Heating provisioning/Underfloor heating

Throughout the house there is underfloor heating except for the living-terras. The living-terras doesn't need this facility due to fact that at wintertime the living-terras is warm enough.

Solarpannels, gasprovisioning and woodhearth

The solarpannels and gasprovisioning are responsible for the warm water and underfloor heating and can be automatically configured as needed. With the use of the woodhearth it is possible to add extra energy.
The water-softener takes care of the softwater provisioning throughout the house.

There are 3 T.V. connections in the house. The house also has and Satelite-connection which can be use to receive more TV channels from foreign broadcasting like Netherlands, Germany, England, etc.

Garden

The big and beautiful garden is the ideal environment to relax and enjoy the warmt of the evenings. The garden has a beautiful view on suprising spots in the scenary and takes care of a variety of flora like Olives, Mango, Lemon, Nispel, Peach and fig trees. The total surface of the garden is about 10000 m2.

Mobility

There is sufficient parkingplace on the terrain. A car can be rented in the near neighbourhood. A car can be delivered at the Casa on request.

Location

The location is perfect. You are very close to the sea (10 minutes by car), stores and restaurants within 1,5 km and the famouse golfcourts Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago (10 minutes by car) and Vilamoura (20 minutes by car).
